What if a program doesn’t uninstall?

If your first attempt to uninstall the program fails, sometimes giving it another try will work.

If the second attempt fails, try booting Windows into Safe Mode and running the uninstaller.

Another option, which works well if the program was installed recently, is to use System Restore to roll your system back to a time before you installed the program.

Just keep in mind that restoring will cause you to lose any data saved after the point in time you are restoring your system to.
